MY ALBUMS

For a brief time in my 20's, I was a singer-songwriter. I released 3 pop albums that were available on iTunes, Amazon, and Spotify. Here's a glimpse into my past life as an independent pop musician and producer.

Mix It Up (2015)

Mix It Up is the last of Minoti's self-produced albums and features remixes of old favorites, including a remastered version of her biggest hit “Psychologist”, a live version of "Tin Man" and a remix of "This Town". The album also features two collaborations with Scottish artist Erik's Own, as well as a a few brand new original songs. The album was released worldwide on September 8th 2015 and has played on the radio in the UK and the US. Keeping its raw, 90's vibe, this album is still probably the best produced out of all Minoti's albums, and is considered to be the most happy (and least angsty) of her three albums.

Secret Garden (2013)

Secret Garden is a raw indie-pop album with a 90's alternative vibe. The album was released on March 4, 2013. With every song written, composed, produced, engineered, and sung almost exclusively by Minoti, her sophomore album is a commentary on life through her eyes. Songs from the album - particularly "So Will You", "Nothing Inside" and "Secret Garden" have been played on radio stations all over the world - from the U.K to Singapore. The music video for the first single, "So Will You", received over 100,000 video views in its first few weeks of release. RippleMusic calls this album "as catchy as the Ebola virus." Minoti takes this as a compliment (she thinks).

The Fictional Truth (2010)

The Fictional Truth is a raw indie-pop album with mostly live, acoustic songs. The album was released on August 1, 2010, though certain songs from the album debuted on Sterofame.com in 2008. The album was composed by Minoti, with writing help from her cousins Farah Sheth and Vivek Vaishnav on the songs "Coffee" and "Tin Man." 7 out of the total 8 songs were recorded live in a bedroom and were released with virtually no sound tweaking or editing. The only studio-produced track on the album, "Psychologist", was an instant hit on Soundcloud and on Stereofame.com and gathered over 100,000 downloads. The song is still played on radio stations all over the world.
