SCREENPLAY IS A SEMI-FINALIST AT THE CREATIVE WORLD AWARDS
My feature screenplay “The Realm of The Stones” was selected as a Preliminary finalist in the Horror/Thriller/Fantasy category at the 2014 Creative World Awards, then moved into the Quarter finals and is now a Semi-Finalist! I’ve only ever applied to six festivals and competitions, and I’ve gotten into four out of six. This is the second official selection for this screenplay and my fourth official selection as a writer. At last years awards, my T.V. pilot made it into the Quarter Finals. Making it into the Semi-Finals is actually a big deal because those are really the best screenplays in the competition. Excited to see whether I'll make it to the Top Finals, but grateful even if I don't. Writing is a journey and I'm still on mine. I haven't made it all the way yet and I'm glad that I haven't because I'm still exploring my paths and figuring things out and I enjoy doing that.
